Replacement Thru hull Kit for small 2 Way Swivel PowerPod models that used the plastic thru hull assembly with 1-1/4″ diameter holes.
Includes reinforced and improved stainless steel thru hull body, gaskets and spacers.
This item should only be ordered if you have been advised by NavPod staff that it is the correct part for your NavPod.
This item ships with one of the set screws for the thruhull locking nut half installed. Once you have installed the new base and thru-hull and adjusted the nut(s) to the desired swivel tension tightness, you will need to drill through the nut and thruhull body and re-install the small set screw. Drill the hole for the set screw slightly smaller than the set screw itself. The set screw is #6-32 thread tap size, so the recommended drill size is #36(with 7/64″ as the closest fractional equivalent).
