This pod replaced an old Lewmar pod that became deformed over time. Fortunately I could reuse the holes in the rail. The NavPod looks and feels a lot more sturdy. The only downside was that cutting the holes for the instrument displays in the thick PVC was tough and my cordless powerdrill couldn’t do it. But now it’s done and it seems the pod will last a long time. Next time I need an instrument pod I will buy a NavPod again.
